Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing initiatives and execute the company’s growth strategy in America. This role reports directly to the CEO. As the Head of Marketing, you will leverage your experience and skills in marketing strategy, brand awareness, and demand generation to drive exposure and growth. You will work closely with the company's leadership team to develop, implement, and measure all marketing campaigns designed to drive demand for our innovative Generative AI platform. The position is full-time, and hybrid in nature.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with our strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage a dynamic marketing team responsible for brand alignment, content creation, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
• Prioritize marketing initiatives and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Oversee market research and analysis to ensure our marketing approach resonates with target prospects and improves customer acquisition.
• Design and execute campaigns that leverage various channels such as online, offline, email, web, social media, and events.
• Work with sales teams to ensure the coordinated, effective lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer needs to adjust marketing strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• A proven track record of developing and executing creative and effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience in market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and adjust strategy as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Benefits

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience). This position is bonus-eligible. Comprehensive benefits, 401K, and PTO package are also included.
