ROLE
As Commercial Planner at our Stockholm Office you will play a key role in maximising sales, optimising stock, and protecting brand integrity through efficient planning and data-driven insights. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and refined understanding of fashion market & consumer dynamics while working closely with Buying, Operations & Regional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As Commercial Planner, your main contribution will be to support the Planning team in managing the seasonal and in-season product planning process, from forecasting and stock management to performance analysis and reporting. You will play a key role in helping the business deliver the right products at the right time, ensuring sales targets are met and inventory is optimized. In this role, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed. You will contribute to the team by:
- Seasonal & In-Season Planning: Support the Planning Manager in executing seasonal and carry-over planning strategies aligned with brand DNA and business goals; collaborate closely with Buying throughout the order and trading process.
- Sales Forecasting & Performance: Analyze seasonal and carry-over performance using key KPIs to drive full-price sales and contribute to end-of-season markdown strategies.
- Inventory & OTB Management: Ensure budgets align with sales trends and stock needs in close coordination with the Planning Manager; optimize stock allocation and inter-warehouse flow.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular analysis to identify product opportunities, trends, and sizing dynamics; present insightful sales and stock reports to the business.
- Post-Season Review: Support post-season evaluations and compile key learnings to improve future seasonal performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regions, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Operations to align on trends and ensure seamless DTC channel execut

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- ·BA or MA degree in Business / Economics / Fashion
- ·Minimum 4 years of planning or merchandising experience within fashion retail
- ·Competence in working with RTW and accessories
- ·Advanced competence of Excel and Powerpoint
- ·Fluent in English, written and spoken English
