Description of Role:

Our enduring commitment to difference is best embodied by The Black Sheep. It represents our businesses, our culture, and the people who work here. BBH is currently seeking our Summer Intern Class of 2023 aka The BARN!

Program Duration and Details:

• BARN is 8 weeks and officially kicks off in New York City and runs from  June 5, 2023 through July 28, 2023
• Hybrid Internship: All candidates must be flexible to work from our NYC office minimum of two days a week for the entirety of the program. Our office is open 5 days a week with employees working on a hybrid schedule  (2-3 days in the office).

Barn interns have the opportunity to contribute to agency projects, have 1:1 mentorship, participate in weekly training sessions, interact with leadership, and more. This is a paid internship based in our New York office. Our office is open 5 days a week with employees working on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office).

We are looking for varied backgrounds in the following disciplines:

• Creative (Art Direction)
• Creative (Copywriting)
• Account Management
• Strategy
• Project Management

Qualifications

• A passion for creativity
• Rising senior, enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program that aligns with the position such as Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, Creative / Design, or an adjacent major. The program is also open to recent graduates, those post-grad making a career change or those reentering the workforce after taking some time off.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $18 -$20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
