What are we looking for?
The Business Optimization Analyst provides administrative and technical business solutions for escalations and other assigned projects. Identifies areas for improvements or new processes. Assists in defining business requirements, software specifications, applications or designing workflow processes.

Where you will have an impact
Serve as MetLife primary contact to manage escalations for the business, acting as the internal contact for receiving and resolving issues related to the Versant Health.
Perform root cause analysis to identify potential recurring issues/operation failures and facilitate the development of process improvements. Oversee the activation of those process improvements and report to management on outcome.
Create, maintain, and partner with product leads on business rules and establish processes for administering the vision product.
Provide information/tools/resources and/or training to end users to help resolve inquiries related to assigned processes, procedures, and/or initiatives.
Back up VSP vendor manager during PTO days (cross train for both positions to cover each other).
Actively participate in meetings between the product teams and/or key internal and external partners.
Oversee data sharing processes and any reporting required between Versant Health, MetLife, and external partners. Perform reporting tasks (as needed) in support of data management.
Responsible for updating client scorecards to report on the impact of strategic enhancements for priority clients including - SLAs metrics
Provide project management skills, develop work plans and act as Project Lead for all assigned projects
Support reporting needs for MetLife service teams as needed.

What’s necessary to do the job?
Preferred bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination or experience and education
One to three (3) years of related experience
