The Full Stack Developer will support step-change improvement and creation of next-generation capabilities, to drive competitive and innovative products and services. All work is accomplished with a focus on promoting EHS and sustainability while building innovative engineering solutions.

The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with the product team to analyze business problems and develop elegant technical solutions. This role also handles the implementation and testing of features across different technology stacks - frontend to backend.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensure safe implementation of new projects and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance for those under development.
• Upgrade of existing technologies, through further development and control of web-based solutions or embedded systems.
• Write neat and testable code, whether it is related to our web-based solutions.
• Perform code reviews, follow-up pull requests and work actively to improve architecture and code base - in close collaboration with our partnering teams.
• Monitor the effectiveness of developed technologies, and addresses maintenance needs.
• Identify opportunities for potential new features.
• Perform scouting of relevant libraries and supporting technologies in the market.

• EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's or master's in Informatics, Electronics, or Computer Sciences is highly preferred. Adequate experience and deep understanding can compensate for the lack of formal education.
• Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience with developing web applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills using data structures and algorithms
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of OOP principles and design
  • Proven experience with developing applications using C# /.NET Core
  • Proven experience working with databases (relational and document databases)
  • Previous experience with IoT application development
  • Proven experience in developing single-page applications using Angular
  • Ability to transform mock-ups into responsive web applications using HTML and CSS
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in developing cloud applications using the Azure platform
  • Experience in developing IoT applications using Azure IoT Hub, Device
  • Provisioning Service, Event Hubs, Azure Functions…etc.
  • Experience in developing distributed systems using a microservices architecture
  • Experience in writing unit tests
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (mainly Azure CosmosDB, MongoDB, and Redis)
