Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate plumbing service calls

• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and place outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service, and follow-up appointments

• Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism

• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in customer service or dispatching preferred (plumbing industry a plus)

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
