This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

The RFP Content Manager (RFP CM) is primarily responsible for maintaining consistency and data integrity across the RFP content library and related systems. The RFP CM will work collaboratively across functions and levels to build processes that maximize the RFP content system functionality, increase efficiency for stakeholders, and reduce risk in response documents and template creation process. The RFP CM is also a resource to users for training, finding opportunities for enhancement, and creatively solving content-related issues.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:

• Resourceful and a thought-partner to assist in maintaining consistency and data integrity.
• Leads SME review cycles across RFP content library with consistent standards, training, and oversight to improve the quality of library content and increase overall confidence in the content.
• Maintains firm branding and styles to all content to minimize time spent by each user and improves the client experience by creating a consistent look across documents.
• Creates, applies, and maintains appropriate RFP content library structure to facilitate cross-strategy searches and uses the technology's automation to its fullest capability.
• Collaborates with functional SMEs and data teams to create, apply, and maintain appropriate merge variables across library.
• Administers shared library content so they are accurate and complete.
• Builds and maintains project templates that allow users to use functionality to update documents with current library content without manually searching and copy/pasting content.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop new content and identify gaps in existing content.
• Coordinate across products to standardize language and/or content where appropriate.
• Identify commonalities and similar issues related to content across products. Use related experiences to help SMEs improve their content.
• Collaborate with RFP content system vendor, IT, and other internal partners to integrate the RFP content system with HarbourVest applications to reduce or eliminate manual processes.
• Act as advocate and representative for process; help drive understanding and adoption.
• Stay current with RFP content system and HarbourVest improvements; continuously look for ways to improve and add new functionalities.
• And other responsibilities as required.

What you bring:

• Flexible and innovative in order to react to new information and situations, but also understand the importance of controls and rules to minimize risk with compliance requirements and accuracy for our investors.
• Understands business needs and drivers, and apply knowledge, experience, and technical understanding to the RFP content system and related processes.
• Exhibits strong project management experience, including ability to prioritize multiple demanding priorities.
• Works independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Takes their work seriously, but has a sense of humor and is a great teammate.
• Experience with Seismic, Salesforce, and Loopio preferred.

Education Preferred

• 10+ Years experience in RFP or content creation capacity preferred
