Position Summary:The HR Business Partner is a critical leadership role within the Human Resources & Recruiting organization. Serving on a global basis, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building rapport, providing expert guidance, and understanding teams and business challenges.  The HR Business Partner is responsible for proactively shaping the organization, while owning and delivering key deliverables. You will be part of a core team that works to integrate our core values. You will continuously assess organizational needs, develop solutions, elevate and iterate on process, and provide coaching where needed.  Over the next 12 – 18 months you will contribute to the development of core initiatives, systems and processes. Areas of impact will include leading and refining global on-boarding, overseeing performance management and employee development, supporting organization structure development and strengthening core policies, processes and procedures.  This position offers an opportunity for an HR generalist to develop global scope and subject matter depth. The successful candidate will be able to proactively identify challenges and solutions, work to a high degree of detail orientation, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The role manages and partners with our Global HR Administrator interacts with our company leadership team and reports into the Chief People Officer. Responsibilities

  • MATD. Maniacal Attention to Detail.
  • Lead full-cycle Performance Management, including overseeing the annual and mid-year review cycles, to encompass training and awareness building.
  • Lead Global On-boarding / Off-boarding, including facilitating global sessions, and implementing, leading and revising processes, policies and procedures.
  • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, and Performance Management, internal documentation systems.
  • Very proficient in Excel and project management.
  • Partner with the Global Director of Compensation and Benefits to support compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Oversee HR employee engagement and awareness, including shaping and maintaining the internal portal, drafting and updating key documents, shaping internal communications.
  • Coach and assist Managers with regard to employee engagement and relations situations, developing and implementing solutions around same
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees when navigating challenging personal or professional issues that impact their work experience.
  • Work directly with Company leadership, Legal and HR / Recruiting team to execute against company and HR initiatives.
  • Proactively assess organizational needs and opportunities and complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required. 

Qualifications - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, foundation in Generalist experience. At least 1 year of Business Partner experience preferred.
  • HR exposure/experience in multiple aspects of HR including performance management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, and employee law.
  • Proactive and strategic problem-solving skills combined with hands-on operational ownership.
  • Ability to work with a very high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Comfortable with high level of ambiguity and ability to adapt to frequent change and growth opportunities.

  • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management, organizational and time management skills

Qualifications - Preferred

  • General knowledge of HR systems (Bamboo, ADP, 15Five)
  • Experience in a global fast-scaling organization
  • Known as a genuine collaborator and team-player
