BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced financial leader to fill the position of Director, Finance Business Partner to support our Skilled Nursing team. The Skilled Nursing team provides ongoing care to Adult and Pediatric clients. The Director, Finance Business Partner participates as a key member of the practice leadership team serving as the dedicated financial adviser and business partner for the practice. This position is responsible for providing the insights and analysis required to optimize financial performance while helping more clients receive care from the comfort of their home. This role reports to the Division Director of Financial Planning & Analysis with a dotted line to the Skilled Nursing Unit Practice President.

This position can be based remotely but will require approximately 20% travel. The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.
- Four (4) year college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field; MBA, CPA preferred.
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible finance/accounting experience required.
- Three (3)+ years management experience leading and developing staff.
- Must have demonstrated experience at a Manager level in a finance or accounting capacity.
- Strong financial analysis and strategic planning experience.
- Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Agile, high energy, high responsiveness, ability to flex and rapidly adapt.
- Ability to effectively use deliberate influence strategies to impact, shape, or re-direct the behaviors of others, without formal authority.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Acceptable Pre-Employment Assessment Results.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Serve as the financial liaison (finance business partner) for the Practice President.
- Provide practice specific insights to the FP&A and operations leadership teams.
- Analyze and compare periodic financial results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other internal benchmarks.
- Coordinate and submit the annual plan and quarterly financial forecast.
- Seek opportunities for organizational improvement, consistently applies lean thinking to unit operations to enhance or improve services.
- Provide training and development to enhance the financial acumen of business leaders, inclusive of on-boarding activities.
- Identify and share best practices across regions.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
