Senior Labor Analyst

As the Senior Labor Analyst, you will serve as a liaison to employees and vendors to ensure labor processing accurately reflects company specific policies. You will audit employee pay records, reconcile totals by department, location, country, etc. You will also interpret pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.), ensure appropriate amounts are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly. Additionally, you may assist with audits of internal records, workers compensation, and related documentation. You may also document processes and procedures, train department staff, and back-up those who perform specialized tasks or activities.
What You Will Do:
- Provide support for timesheet entry and processing in the Deltek Costpoint and Time and Expense systems.
- Work with end users to resolve timesheet and labor issues
- Provide other support as assigned.
- Maintain timesheet statistics and data for reporting.
What You Will Bring with You:
- 5 + years of Payroll or Accounting Experience.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business. (one year of experience may be substituted for one year of education)
What We’d Like You to Bring with You:
- Experience in Deltek Costpoint People Module and supporting Deltek Time and Expense.
- Preferred experience processing timesheets and resolving issues in the Costpoint People domain.
- Preferred working knowledge of Costpoint front-end applications screens, functions, and job processing.
- Solid skills in MS 365 (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- A desire to learn new financial tools and processes.

- Self-starter with the ability to think through problems and proactively find solutions.
