About the job 

You will join our new M&S accelerator working in a team where you will participate in building the product from the objectives to the product quality. We look into initiative, commitment, attention to details, ownership, and a lot of agility to build and improve the product each day step by step.

Your product, GenAIR, accelerates the creation of compliance documents by leveraging AI and data, helping life-saving treatments reach patients faster.

About you

Experience:

• Ability to develop and execute a technical vision within a defined scope, translating organizational strategy into actionable team objectives and ability to drive technical excellence while contributing to the broader engineering ecosystem

• Experience managing engineering teams and developing team members professionally
