Master Control Operator- Sinclair Networks

Sinclair Digital Networks is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy NOC Operator to join our Network Operations Center team. The ideal candidate is quick to learn specialized software, has strong computer and multitasking skills, and thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced broadcast environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control broadcast streams for national content delivery, including programs and commercials.
• Manage digital media, including file preparation, media prep, and report generation.
• Operate within an automated, cloud-based broadcast system.
• Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Perform additional support tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Master Control Operator is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes.
• Proficiency in computers, software systems, and electronic equipment.
• Flexible availability for overnight, weekend, and holidays
