You will support us in leveraging a comprehensive framework of hardware, software, and in-house AI developments. As a student at the BMW Group, you can look forward to a diverse range of tasks and the opportunity to contribute to exciting solutions.<br/><br/></span><strong><span>What awaits you?</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>You support the implementation of AI use cases and innovations: With a constant inflow of new use cases from our plants, you will contribute to solving exciting machine learning problems.</span></li> <li><span>Here, you assist in all steps of the data science pipeline: From data exploration, preparation, and preprocessing to model selection, AI training, evaluation, and stakeholder presentations.</span></li> <li><span>Additionally, you contribute to testing and evaluating new AI solutions, such as foundation models and multimodal generative AI models.</span></li> <li><span>You help develop web apps as Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate and test the practical applicability of new AI solutions in real-world environments.</span></li> <li><span>This role allows you to gain experience with the practical and industrialized use of machine learning while gaining insights into automotive engineering and its digitization.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span><br/>What should you bring along?</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Studies in data science, computer science, business informatics, statistics, or a comparable program with a focus on data science/machine learning.</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in Python and associated data science frameworks and libraries (e.g., Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, Torch, TensorFlow, Keras, anomalib, scikit-learn, OpenCV).</span></li> <li><span>Alternatively, proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).</span></li> <li><span>Some experience with training AI models.</span></li> <li><span>Basic knowledge in deep learning and data science methodologies.</span></li> <li><span>A hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach to tasks.</span></li> <li><span>Business fluency in German or English.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Are you excited to contribute to innovative AI solutions in automotive production?
