Quality Compliance Intern

 

 

 

The Quality Compliance intern will be responsible for projects that enhance compliance with regulatory requirements.  The projects may include the following:

• Communicate with Grifols suppliers to obtain current regulatory documentation
• Assist with developing a job aid for hose fitting identification
• Review the quality agreement database and populate additional data from the quality agreements to the database
• Perform updates for quality agreements under periodic review under the supervision of senior staff
• Assist with the Clayton VR street view project. Take photos, upload footage, work with Alan on the project
• Perform a complete file audit to ensure all required information is available
• Perform a Qualification Proof audit
• Create “How to” folders on the group drive to provide video instructions for basic tasks

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Some knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.  The ability to keep neat, accurate and complete records and logs.  The candidate must be proactive, results oriented, with a strong attention to detail.  A self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently with minimum supervision and use good judgment, or as a contributing member of a team.  The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle an ever changing, fast paced critical work environment.  Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication.    Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.  Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education:
A rising Junior or Senior with a STEM background and majoring in Life Sciences is preferred.
