Position Specific Description
Join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to gain hands-on experience in risk assessment, analytics, and strategic decision support. Work with cross-functional partners to identify and evaluate top risks, enhance reporting frameworks, and strengthen the company’s overall governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) ecosystem. What You'll Do Support the identification and assessment of top risks across business units Assist in completing Inherent Risk Ratings (IRR), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Residual Risk Ratings (RRR) Analyze business unit strategic goals and map risks to the enterprise risk profile Help update and maintain Business Unit Risk Registers by reviewing prior-year assessments and the enterprise Risk Library Participate in control mapping for key risks and help evaluate organizational resilience Support ongoing monitoring efforts using predictive analytics and data-driven insights Required Qualifications Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in risk modeling or data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in enterprise risk, predictive analytics, or governance and compliance Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools Coursework or projects related to risk analysis, statistics, or business analytics
Job Overview
To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor’s degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale).
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists department with assigned projects
- Completes challenging projects and assignments
- Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
- Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school grad / GED
- Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program
- Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
