ManTech's Department of Justice Division is seeking a strategic leader for the Enterprise Data Analysis Section (EDAS) Services EDAS Portfolio. The role involves acquiring technical expertise to support IT networks, systems, and initiatives. The position is crucial for the success of FBI missions and requires specialized technical expertise in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe methodology will be used to align Agile teams and deliver capabilities, ensuring effective work prioritization and successful delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential to modernize and enhance capabilities within the EDAS portfolio.

Position Title: Senior Solutions Architect - Oracle Supercluster (OSC)

Position Summary:

The Senior Solutions Architect for the Oracle Supercluster (OSC) team is responsible for maintaining the Oracle Supercluster infrastructure, software, and all application databases hosted on the environment. This role requires expertise in developing, executing, and evaluating database code, functions, and queries on an Oracle database platform. Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle databases, as well as experience with Oracle utilities, administration, and OEM management, is also required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and enhance the Oracle Supercluster infrastructure, software, and application databases.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate database code, functions, and queries on the Oracle database platform.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and administer Oracle databases.
  • Utilize Oracle utilities, administration tools, and OEM management for effective database management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
  • Design and implement an architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts.
  • Work closely with developers and engineers to develop roadmaps for applications and ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure.
  • Continuously improve and support solutions, aligning them with industry and company standards and emerging business requirements.
  • Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment and evaluate the impact of changes or additions.
  • Analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security requirements are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced peers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of six to nine years of experience in solutions architecture or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing, executing, and evaluating database code, functions, and queries on the Oracle database platform.
  • Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle databases.
  • Experience with Oracle utilities, administration tools, and OEM management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in database management and solutions architecture.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in solutions architecture or related fields are highly desirable.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,200-$164,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
