About the role

The Senior Director of Solution Standards & Delivery Adoption is responsible for defining, scaling and managing Oracle Consulting’s solution delivery standards, while driving adoption at the project level. This leader will work closely with the Portfolio Management Leader, Industry Leader, Solution teams, and project teams to ensure that assets and accelerators are integrated seamlessly into the sales and delivery practices. The role requires deep expertise in solution development, consulting methodologies, and innovation to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven leadership in defining and scaling delivery standards within a consulting or SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience in go-to-market strategy and portfolio management.
  • Expertise in consulting delivery methodologies, with a track record of standardizing and improving implementation practices.
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally across sales, solution development, project execution, and customer success teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The Senior Director’s immediate focus in role is to establish a cohesive inventory of solution sets across solution groups, using a consistent template and to develop an adoption plan to ensure consistent application in the course of sales and delivery.

  • Establish and Drive Adoption of Leading Standards:
    • Define and drive the development of solution standards (assets) that serve as a foundational framework across industries.
    • Ensure these standards are structured for adaptability, allowing industry-specific tailoring while maintaining core best practices.
    • Work across Portfolio leadership and project teams to package assets for project-level consumption, providing clear context for delivery activities.
    • Implement mechanisms to drive adoption at the project level, ensuring seamless integration into execution. Participate in efforts as a Mobilization coach, as well as during milestone intervals to ensure adoption of standards. Client facing engagement may be required to support adoption.
  • Ongoing Innovation for Delivery Quality & Acceleration:
    • Establish a framework for continuous replenishment of the toolkit with time-relevant approaches and assets, ensuring teams have access to the latest innovations.
    • Provide thought leadership in Delivery and Solutions Excellence, emphasizing standardization, repeatability, and continuous improvement.
    • Build and manage reusable assets and accelerators that streamline project execution while ensuring consistency in delivery.
    • Participate in digitization of the methodology to influence modern delivery approaches and adoption of standards.
  • Business Impact & Performance:
    • Define and execute fiscal year strategies, solution roadmaps, and GTM and delivery needs.
    • Track and report on the business adoption of leading standards, including financial performance, customer adoption, and operational efficiency gains.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance visibility, drive demand, and improve deployment success rates.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
