As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to serve in the role of Human Health Digital, Data and Analytics (HHDDA) Shared Services Lead.
In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with the functional leaders across HHDDA and our partners across the Globe. Specifically, the HHDDA Shared Services Lead will:
Shared Services Team Lead
- Serve as people manager to a team of Administrative Assistants who support the HH Digital Data & Analytics Organization
- Serve as a Global Team Lead to OpEx Pune Hub, AP and US admins
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Enablement & Shared Services Leader to ensure the user adoption and overall effectiveness of operating model and execute upon future enhancements
- Work with Tools Solutions & Delivery team as Shared Services SME to optimize processes through automation and tools integration (i.e. Shared Services Portal, Shared Services Dashboard, KPIs, etc.)
- Provide support to HHDDA leadership to ensure a smooth alignment with Shared Services
- Manage day-to-day operations of the HHDDA Shared Services team and execution of work, including leading weekly standups, managing team calendars, communications channels, allocation of work, events planning guidance, etc.
- Oversee operational on/offboarding of HHDDA employees and contractors, leveraging the support of the Shared Services team
Talent Enablement Support
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Enablement team to plan and execute highly impactful events aimed at engaging early-in-career talent. Examples include Datathon, events/summits, Speaker Series events, and project showcases.
- Partner with the Transformation & Change Management teams to facilitate the integration and engagement of future talent into the HHDDA Hub community and culture.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruiting and hiring of approved talent positions.
- Work with hiring managers and future talent to ensure & communicate clear on/offboarding processes and activities, leveraging support of the Shared Services team.
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in leading employee engagement initiatives, people management and administrative services
- Strong written and grammar skills, in addition to verbal skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage innovation in engagement approaches to include testing new platforms and methods.
- Executive and organizational communication skills; ability to communicate across audience sets.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, synthesize information and make relevant engagement recommendations in a digestible format
- Able to champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools like PPT, Word and Excel; Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Jira is a plus.
