This role works cross-functionally with internal and external partners to design, launch, and scale programs that enhance customer engagement, enable store teams, and unlock revenue opportunities.

This leader brings together diverse stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans—ensuring seamless execution across channels and markets. They are accountable for building intuitive tools, processes, and resources that empower store partners and simplify complex work. With a strong focus on outcomes, this role continuously evaluates program performance, identifies opportunities for optimization, and drives improvements that support both growth in performance and operational efficiency.

As a manager, program management – Ops Readiness & Engagement, you will…

  • Lead the team responsible for the design, development, and execution of partner programs across the Starbucks Roastery portfolio 

  • Develop the operational approach, tools, and frameworks to launch and scale programs, including leading business communications and training to enable clear understanding and adoption across teams and stores 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline program processes and reduce operational complexity, improving the experience for store partners and customers 

  • Oversee, as the holistic leader of the team, the partner program landscape—ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and readiness for seamless store execution

We’d love to hear from people with: 

  • 8 yrs. application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools. 

  • 8 yrs. managing complex large-scale business projects. 

  • 3 yrs. building and mentoring teams including PMs and sr PMs. 

  • 3 yrs. Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.

  • 8 yrs. General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
