Position Objective: This role will assist with training, delegating, and overseeing daily job tasks of Yard Coordinators. This position will also be responsible for minor facility maintenance and upkeep, trash removal, equipment check-in, minor equipment assembly, and yard organization.Primary Responsibilities:

Delegate workload to Yard Coordinators, monitoring throughout the day to ensure that everyone has assignments. Ensure teammates are engaged and answer questions as needed.
Primary responsibility for training new hires on job tasks and process and procedures.
Train Utility Workers to use apps such as Formstrack, Rentalman, In-to-rent, and Kanban.
Assign tasks in Kanban in a timely manager.
Perform daily job duties of the Yard Coordinator role.
Ensure customer satisfaction during pick ups and drop offs.
Monitor and ensure equipment in the yard is organized and staged for easy access.
Notify management of all inoperable equipment.
Act as a mentor and leader to new employees to the Yard Coordinator position.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Position Requirements:

Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through a high school education with technical training.
3 years’ experience in rental yard or like experience as operator and/or delivery driver.
Ability to conduct self in a professional manner and assist with conflict resolution.
Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to share that knowledge.
Class B CDL preferred, but not required.
