Medical Canvas Investigator (27810)

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a remote Medical Investigator Administrator to work with the Medical Canvass team to support insurance fraud investigations.

Job Type:
· Full-time or Part-time
· Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM in various time zones

Responsibilities:
· Conduct phone inquiries to medical facilities to validate information and provide accurate reporting for our clients
· Utilize online databases and public records resources to read and analyze investigative research
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents

Education and Experience:
· High school education, associate degree preferred
· Previous office administration experience utilizing computer and phone systems
· Proficient in professionally communicating information over the telephone
· Adept at actively listening to customers to acquire information
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to manage multiple client projects and tasks and meeting deadlines
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to sit for long periods of time
· Dependability and responsible time management while working remotely is a necessity in this role
