About the Role

At EX Squared LATAM, we connect top talent across the region with global opportunities. We are currently hiring a Senior Product Manager – Health Care for one of our clients in the U.S. Healthcare industry.

In this strategic role, you will lead the development and optimization of a Clinical Operations Platform that directly impacts patient outcomes and drives operational efficiency for clinical teams. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to create innovative, AI-enabled solutions that transform care delivery and support expansion into new markets.

What You’ll Do

• Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth.

• Build, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term opportunities.

• Partner with clinical and technical teams to identify challenges and deliver effective solutions.

• Develop prototypes and pilots to validate new concepts.

• Incorporate AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and care processes.

• Establish and track key product metrics, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

• Act as the connector across departments, building trust and ensuring alignment.

What You’ll Bring

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in product management.

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in healthcare technology and clinical operations.

• Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and clinical workflows (mandatory).

• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Experience with data analysis and AI tools.

• Solid understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
