We are looking for a dedicated and professional Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while managing transactions and assisting with other store duties. Your attention to detail and friendly attitude will contribute to maintaining a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with care
• Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
• Resolve customer issues or concerns in a polite and effective manner
• Assist with stocking and inventory when needed
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience
• Help maintain store cleanliness and visual standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
