THE JOB:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Netflix Bites, you will lead the front-of-house team, manage events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences, all while maintaining the highest levels of customer service in a refined atmosphere. This is your chance to step into a leadership role that values high standards, guest satisfaction, and a passion for culinary excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations

• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation

• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues

• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for any outlets from the warehouse or  support departments

• Inspect food coming from support departments to ensure freshness and quality

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3 or more years of relevant restaurant experience, ideally in a high-volume setting

• Knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails

• Previous experience managing employees to a Collective Bargaining Agreement

• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

• Experience working in a similar resort setting

• A proactive, team-oriented leader who is eager to mentor and support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
