Operations Associate – epocrates

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join the Operations team within our epocrates division. In this role, the Operations Associate position will work to triage, analyze, and resolve service issues while also working requests that arise internally or via client requests. This individual will also provide support and thought leadership for new and existing emerging services while also providing analytics support of assigned work. The Operations Associate will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and will work to thrive in an environment where you “own” a core set of responsibilities but launch into additional work and opportunities as they arise. The right candidate will need to be a strong analytical problem solver, work effectively in both independent and team environments, show that they can cope in an environment with constantly changing and developing goals, and communicate effectively across a broad audience (Operations, Account Management, Product Strategy, and Development).

Job Responsibilities

  • Process internal and external work requests through Salesforce, CMC, email, JIRA, or Teams channels
  • Create commercial ads using HTML coding
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during QA checks and finding reasonable outcomes for clients and or internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate ad launches by tracking ad schedules, creative changes, campaign changes, and ensuring successful launch
  • Contribute to development and testing of new services and functionality; take point on testing as needed
  • Act as the voice of the client, anticipating pain points and gauging practicality of workflows
  • Maintain quality and integrity of evolving internal workflows
  • Close attention to campaign reporting ensuring successful delivery
  • Report out on campaign deliveries working closely with CSM team
  • Pull reports for upcoming launches to stay ahead of missing tasks and action items for future campaign flights

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 2+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to tailor communication based on audience

  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills are essential

  • Proficiency with many applications including, but not limited to, MS Office, MS Outlook/Exchange, Excel, Adobe Suite, Jira, and salesforce preferred

  • Preferred experience or willingness to learn in ad serving and order management software (Kevel, Mediaspectrum, etc…)

  • Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic environment

  • Passion for learning, coupled with the desire to break out of one’s comfort zone

  • Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to jump into any aspect of work to help achieve resWstults as a team

  • Ad tech and ad serving experience preferred

  • Preferred experience with HTML coding and mobile app campaigns such as exposure to ad tech tools similar to Nativo, Google Ad Manager, etc
