Duties

*Assist in opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions.*Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the escrow process.*Prepare and review escrow documents for accuracy and compliance.*Handle funds, including deposits and disbursements.*Maintain detailed records of all escrow transactions.*Work in collaboration with the branch team to meet and exceed customer service levels.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.

Experience

*Prefer Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant*Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and regulations*Excellent communication and organizational skills*Ability to work independently and as part of a team*Proficiency in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite

*Attention to detail, including proper grammar and spelling, is highly valued.*A positive attitude and professional demeanor are encouraged and appreciated.

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $30.00/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience.
