Digital Banking Operations Specialist 104-Customer and Product Services

Description of Work:

The Digital Banking Operations Specialist works directly with the department management and team leader to facilitate that all digital operational functions required are completed in a timely fashion to comply with all department SLA’s. Assist with compilation of all data for reporting and retention.

Assist department management with the creation, updating and maintenance of process procedures. Escalates for approval as needed to ensure that all documentation meets all audit and compliance requirements.

General Statement of Duties:
Run daily reports, escalate potential issues, completes all account maintenance, transaction processing as needed and assist with resolutions of escalated customer issues as it relates to online banking. Assist department management and Bankers with escalated on-line banking issues. Makes recommendations of best practices and procedures to improve operational efficiencies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist team to ensure all daily processing and eforms are maintained and reviewed in a timely manner.
2. Assist with all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)
3. Perform Sweep Account set-ups.
4. Process required documents related to the Gifts-for-Banking program.
5. Assist with timely processing of all automated Regulatory E filings
6. Assist with the timely handling of all secure messages to service customer inquiries while meeting all department SLA’s
7. Provides OLB support to Solutions Center team, Branches and other internal staff.
8. Remain current on changes within the, regulatory, competitive and technology environments, which may affect the department.
9. Complete assigned projects by team leader, department or Senior Management
10. Perform specific and delegated duties as may be assigned by department Management.
11. Recognizes the potential for risk and loss.
12. Ensures quality assurance standards are followed to facilitate the accuracy of processing.
13. Assists in maintaining an updated Business Resumption Plan and testing of said plan.
14. Helps identify process improvements to enhance the department’s operational efficiency.
15. Assisting with other duties as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:
• Equivalent work-related experience
• Internet Banking software experience
• Retail banking experience preferred, 1+ years
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Good technical skills
• Experience with technology used in banking
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel skills necessary

Pay Range: $53,000 - $55,000
Hours: 37.50

This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime if hours worked are over 40 hours.

The actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience and other factors permitted by law.
