岗位职责

• 负责借贷产品的增长，包括活动内容策划等，监控核心指标，挖掘增长机会，优化运营策略；
• 结合数据分析，提升用户增长、转化和留存，制定精细化运营方案；
• 关注市场动态，调研竞品，提出产品优化建议；
• 策划并执行借贷产品相关活动，跟踪效果并优化营销策略；
• 协同产品、研发、风控等团队，推动产品优化和功能迭代。

岗位要求

• 了解加密货币交易，熟悉借贷产品运作模式；
• 2 年及以上借贷产品运营经验，区块链或互联网金融、
• 具备较强的数据分析和逻辑思维能力，有数据分析经验优先；
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，能推动产品优化落地；
• 英语可以作为主要工作语言。
