Vice President, Managing Associate General Counsel, Corporate Governance

The Vice President, Corporate Governance will lead the design, implementation, and
oversight of corporate governance frameworks across our global financial services
organization. This executive will work closely with senior leadership, the Board of Directors,
and cross-functional teams in multiple regions to ensure the highest standards of
governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical conduct. The successful candidate will
possess deep expertise in governance practices, risk management, and stakeholder
engagement, and will be adept at driving initiatives in a complex, dynamic, and highly
regulated environment. This role will report to the Senior Vice President, Deputy General
Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs
