The Impact You’ll Make: Establish the Data Goverance and MDM Practice Across the Enterprise
The Master Data Domain Leader (MDDL) is a leadership role across all organizational boundaries, that provides holistic, enterprise-wide Master Data oversight for multiple data domains. This Data Domain Leader is part of the Data Governance/Master Data Management team and will support the Customer/Supplier and Product data domains. The MDDL will also collaborate with all business functions to champion the domain data strategy. The MDDL will directly interact with data stewards and data owners for operation execution, necessary escalations and policy ratification.
This job can also be located at our Fremont, CA location.
What You’ll Do
•Manages the central data teams and operational execution of the Master Data creation and management.
•Ensure data governance processes for domain are tracked and resolved. Escalates as needed.
•Tracks and reports on KPIs for the domain
•Enforces data governance within data domain
•Facilitates Enterprise Data Council meetings
•Plans, facilities and leads Data Steward Steering Committee
•Creates the data maturity strategy for one or more domains
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
