I. Major Responsibilities:  

1. Ensures all clinical services are in compliance with agency policies and procedures. 

2. Manages the staff.  

3. Responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff and completing all required documentation.  

4. Ensures all new staff complete program orientation and training as required by CHL and a Commission on applicable Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) applicable grant requirements.  

5. Sets staffing patterns, approves staff time, attendance and leave time. Responsible for ongoing employee performance review complete annual performance evaluation of staff. 

6. Provides and documents clinical supervision to assigned Clinical staff and Crisis Support in accordance with CHL and CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) requirements.  

7. Guides reporting managers/supervisors in disciplinary process. Collaborates with HR in all escalated disciplinary incidences.  

8. Participates in community engagement activities, attending meetings with community stakeholders, representing the agency and the program, as assigned. 

9. Ensures staff members are following program guidelines that ensure client and staff safety. 

10. Ensure operational budget for program is reconciled. 

11. Participates in administrator on call rotation. Provides consultation to Youth Mobil Crisis Intervention (YMCI), Adult Mobil Crisis Intervention AMCI, and Triage staff. 

12. Demonstrates knowledge of levels of care within CHL and community. Keeps abreast of changes regarding programs and referral processes offered within CHL and community. 

 

Standard Management Level Responsibilities:   

1.Directs and supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.  Makes recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions.  Resolves grievances and other personnel problems within position responsibilities. 

2.Develops and recommends the budgets for the areas managed
