We are in Nashville, TN on the west side of town, and seeking an interns for Spring Semester. Beginning January 20, 2025, this paid internship will consist of 20 hours worked per week for a 12-week period. 


As a Cheekwood intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various departments. Interns will develop valuable skills while working closely with our mentors and team members.  We invite you to submit your resume, regardless of your area of interest, and we will forward it to the appropriate department for consideration for our Spring internships. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university
     
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
     
  • Earning a degree or recent graduate in Horticulture, Education, Marketing/Communications, Sales, Museum Affairs, or an area of study that supports the mission of Cheekwood.


Part-time Benefits

  • Membership & Discounts: As an employee, you receive a Cheekwood membership, which entitles you to unlimited admission during regular Garden hours and a limited number of free tickets to special events. Members also receive discounts on classes, ticketed events, and purchases at the Gift Shop. Your Cheekwood membership also include reciprocal admission for named members to more than 300 gardens though the American Horticultural Society.
