This year, we’re accelerating our roadmap and taking our products to the next level. We’re building new features like mutual funds, bonds, and family investment tools. We’re also exploring how we can leverage AI to deliver an even better experience for our customers.
We’re on the lookout for a Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Partners across locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. In this role, you’ll help manage candidate interviews, keep things running behind the scenes, and most importantly, provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in Talent Acquisition and grow into a more senior role over time. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to step into candidate sourcing and even take on hands-on Talent Partner responsibilities. But first, we need someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams in both our London and Budapest offices, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Own and manage communication with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep hiring workflows running smoothly.
• Partner closely with Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR teams to support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate experience by providing timely updates, interview prep materials, and clear next steps.
• Support employer branding initiatives by helping with recruitment events and other talent-related projects.
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline hiring processes and enhance efficiency, including leveraging AI tools for automation, candidate screening, and process optimisation.

Skills Required

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills – You’ll be juggling multiple interviews, stakeholders, and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail – Scheduling interviews and managing candidate experience requires precision.
• Clear and professional communication in English – Both written and verbal, as you’ll be a main point of contact for candidates.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset – We’re a fast-moving company, so we need someone who can adapt and problem-solve.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Experience with coordination, scheduling, or administrative tasks is a plus, but not a must – enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most!
