Housekeeper

Description

Kings Reserve is seeking FT & PT Housekeepers. This is a temporary position that will be responsible to maintain cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned. 

 Essential Functions: 

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime and available every day including weekends until 12/1.
• Immediate hire with Sign on Bonus if full assignment is completed.

• Must have at least six months of full-time experience in a similar role
