About the role

As Business Manager to the CEO (m/f/d) you will play a key role at our location Frankfurt Main.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in preparation of external meetings and events including maintaining external and internal stakeholder relationships and managing issues on behalf of the CEO where appropriate
  • Responsible for being first point of contact and handle complex issues for the CEO and prioritise, take the lead, and deputise for CEO at meetings where appropriate
  • Brief and attend meetings with CEO and take notes and actions as required
  • Prepare written and/or verbal reports and ensure CEO is briefed on reports, publications, and any press/surrounding events, deal with emails on behalf of CEO
  • Support the CEO on strategic and daily work, including the business plan, spending review, fiscal events
  • Responsible for building and managing day to day relationships with external stakeholder, offices as well as internal committees
  • Manage ad hoc projects for CEO

What we look for

  • Successfully completed studies like property management, economics, law or similar one
  • Experience of working in the investment sector, eg. real assets
  • Strong networking and stakeholder relationship building capability
  • Knowledge of financial products and commercial transactional experience 
  • Expert user knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills as well as high level of commitment and solution-orientated
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a quick grasp of things 
  • Very flexible, pragmatic and resilient 
  • Excellent communication skills and above-average social skills
  • Business fluent in English and German
