Key Responsibilities:

• Provide access control using an electronic badging system
• Monitor and review closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage
• Conduct thorough foot patrols across all office space floors
• Identify and report property safety hazards or defects with accuracy
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Word & Excel for daily reports and records
• Collect, sort, and distribute mail across departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting all visitors and guests
• Keep a clean, pressed uniform and uphold professional grooming standards
• Complete detailed daily activity reports (DARs) with accurate timestamps

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
• Able to work flexible shifts and take on additional hours as needed
• Must maintain a neat, professional appearance
