The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity and is looking for a Senior Financial Controls Analyst to join the Air Dominance Proprietary team located in Berkeley, MO.
The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for the development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs), management of the program budget, and the preparation of various contractual cost reporting deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, knowledge of applicable policies and procedures, and the
ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Preparation of contractual cost reporting deliverables (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR), Contract Funds Status Report (CSFR), Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR), etc.)
Develop EACs, support risk and opportunity identification and management, integrate inputs across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and develop briefing packages for various program reviews and leaders
Assist in the management of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) by leading change document process, new baselines and replan efforts, control log maintenance, and integration across Finance and Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) teams
Review of Earned Value Management (EVM) data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance
Maintenance and improvement of financial reporting tools and dashboards in a proprietary environment
Compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience in a Finance related role such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis
5+ years of experience with financial forecasting and budget creation
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to apply knowledge of EVM metrics and best practices
Ability to effectively communicate and use interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $114,750 – $155,250
Summary pay range (Senior, Level 5): $141,100 – $190,900
