Role Purpose

The Treasury analyst will support day-to-day operations for pension and retirement plans as well as capital markets activities, ensure compliance with all reporting requirements and deliverables, and support ad hoc pension and capital markets projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Capital Markets and Pension Operations:
  • Provide analytical and operational support to align with strategic goals.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve processes.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Manage deliverables for capital markets reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requests for pensions and capital markets.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to meet senior management's needs.
  • Stay updated on financial trends affecting markets and company operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Represent Treasury objectives in cross-functional settings.

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, business finance, accounting, or related areas.
• Familiarity with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with advanced-level knowledge.

The range for this position is $60,410.00 - $83,065.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
