Technical Services Assistant

Primary Function

Key responsibilities include providing technical support for key accounts and developing a consistent communication flow between Lochinvar Technical Service and our service providers.

Responsibilities

• • Check incoming departmental emails from corporate website then reply or forward as needed
  • Process reimbursement requests for start-up
  • Process labor repair services reimbursement for all residential and commercial products
  • Process policy reimbursement as directed
  • Warranty registration
  • RMA processing
    • Creation of RMA
    • Approval of RMA
    • Processing denial letters when appropriate
  • Recall reimbursements processing
  • Request and maintain W9 information for contractors
  • Provide support as directed by the National Service Manager or Director of Product Services
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Good communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.  
• Proficient in Acrobat Professional or equivalent design program.

 

Additional Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related field preferred
• Experience with working with SAP and Salesforce preferred
