In coordination with the team, you will ensure that appropriate documentation is in place once fee is agreed with external counsel, including preparing fee agreements as needed.
As a member of the team, you will be involved in maintaining and developing GSK’s relationships with law firms, including evaluation and coordinating feedback.
Your role will involve helping develop, support and establish internal policies and procedures with respect to external counsel engagements, developing standard templates, training internal lawyers on processes and techniques, and assisting in streamlining and simplifying processes to the greatest extent.
