Primary Technical Control Facility Lead

GCyber is seeking a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our Tech Control facilities.

As a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the Tech Control facility, ensuring all systems and equipment function at optimal levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of tech control professionals, providing guidance on projects and mission-critical operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with industry standards, ITSM best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions, ensuring efficient incident handling, service requests, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate and supervise the restoration and reporting functions necessary for the effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 year’s experience with managing and operating cryptographic facilities
