What you'll do at Deel:

• Create digital layouts for web, infographics, data visualization, and UI elements such as buttons, icons and forms.

• Create templates and contribute to the visual library.

• Collaborate with the senior visual designer, the copywriters, and the website stakeholders, on establishing the most optimal designs.

• Stay on top of the visual design trends by conducting competitor analysis.

• Design the interactive properties of different UI elements.

• Create wireframes and prototypes.

• Hand designs off to developers, and conduct a design QA.

Some key qualification:

• A degree in graphic design or similar

• 3+ years of experience working within web design (ideally including B2B experience)

• A great design portfolio that showcases a knowledge of graphic design principles, layout, and UI elements

• An enthusiastic self-starter who not only listens to the directions but who also proposes proactive ideas

• Expert knowledge of Figma 

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Great communication skills and fluency in English
