HR Specialist Exit Management with German and Czech
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Contract: permanent
Languages Required: German, Czech, and English
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Specialist to join our Exit Management team, supporting employee lifecycle processes with a focus on terminations. This role requires fluency in German, Czech, and English, and a strong ability to manage complex data accurately and efficiently within HR systems such as Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee termination cases in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Receive, classify, update, and resolve cases in the case management system, maintaining high standards of documentation and data integrity.
- Monitor case progress proactively to ensure timely resolution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify challenges or inconsistencies in cases and escalate complex issues with clear, well-documented context.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in German, Czech, and English.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage and process complex data accurately.
- Experience with case management systems is a must; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on resolutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment.
- Tech-savvy and quickly able to adapt to new tools and systems
- Strong organizational skills and a continuous learning mindset.
- Reliable, deadline-oriented, and open to receive feedback.
