What we’re looking for:
In this role, you will provide essential support to our Scientific, Editorial, and Account teams, contributing to the development of impactful medical education materials. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to engaging content for healthcare providers within a highly regulated industry.
What You'll Do:
- Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) Submissions:
- Gain a thorough understanding of submission processes for both US and Global MLR reviews.
- Prepare comprehensive submission packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality control (QC) of annotations and referencing to maintain the highest standards.
- Content Updates and Revisions:
- Implement minor content updates and re-annotate documents following MLR reviews.
- Revise content based on clear instructions from the Scientific staff, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Permissions and Asset Management:
- Assist in implementing permissions guidelines and processes for both US and Global assets.
- Support the Scientific and Account teams in securing necessary permissions.
- Manage assets according to client guidelines and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring organization and accessibility.
