The International Region for Suntory Global Spirits includes all countries outside of North America & Asia, across a wide variety of categories and route-to-markets.
The FP&A Director is the Regional owner of reporting, planning and analysis and partners with the CFO &President of International
This role manages a team of Managers & Analysts, of varying experience/seniority, and supporting their development is a key element of this role.
This role provides an opportunity to work across a wide range of markets, with exposure to both operational/strategic elements, whilst developing core FP&A skillset. It is a highly visible role with exposure to International President & Global CFO, as well as other Regional & Global leaders and give the role holder an opportunity to contribute to driving commercial results & process improvement 
 

Role Responsibilities

Regional ownership of monthly business reviews with business units & reporting and analysis of financial results to Corporate
Regional ownership of annual budgeting & 3-year operating plan process
Preparation & delivery of key presentations to senior management, Corporate or SHD
Provide finance partnership to International Marketing Team
Lead Region Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive continual improvement and simplification of reporting and planning processes & systems, leveraging S&OP
Support personal development of FP&A team, including both direct reports & BU FP&A teams
Lead/support ad-hoc projects 
 

Qualifications

Strong Financial Acumen – demonstrates a broad business skill set, good strategic perspective and a mature and practical mindset, along with excellent financial modelling skills, analytical thinking and the ability to execute structured analyses as well as the ability to design approached to open ended questions
Communication Skills – effectively tailors communication across a variety of audiences, both written & oral
Commercial acumen – demonstrable ability to develop and leverage deep business acumen and quickly grasp concepts
Agility – demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a wide range of situations. Embrace change and be able to adapt external best practice to own organizational situation
Attention to Detail – ability to produce high quality accurate output, with particular attention to fine, small details
Forward thinking – challenges the status quo and proactively and creatively identify opportunities for improvement
