About the role

Description

The School of Medicine seeks a faculty member with expertise in Neuroanatomy teaching for appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor, non-tenure track, in the Department of Anatomy. Responsibilities will include directing a graduate neuroanatomy course and teaching neuroanatomy and gross anatomy to students in MD, MS, physician assistant, and undergraduate curricula. The faculty member will serve as a member of the Graduate Executive Committee and in other administrative roles in the department as needed.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Expected qualifications include a PhD in Anatomy or related field with experience teaching neuroanatomy and gross anatomy in classroom and laboratory settings. Preferred qualifications include evidence of teaching innovation and effectiveness and experience in pedagogical and/or anatomical research.
