Be the Calm in the Storm as a Mobile Crisis Clinician
Full-time, daytime schedule, Monday-Friday
May be based out of St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, and Franklin counties.

Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments where your clinical skills can truly change lives? As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you’ll be on the front lines providing immediate, person-centered crisis intervention to individuals in behavioral health distress. You’ll assess needs, de-escalate crises, and ensure individuals are connected with the care and resources they need — all while collaborating with a compassionate and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely crisis assessment and intervention via phone, video, or in person
- Conduct Zero Suicide screenings and risk evaluations
- Make clinically sound decisions to stabilize individuals and refer to appropriate services
- Coordinate care with internal teams and external community partners
- Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Document services accurately and maintain compliance with agency and state standards
- Participate in supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Regional travel required; hybrid work environment with office-based shifts required
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High School/GED Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- At least one (1) year experience working in behavioral health required if Bachelor’s degree is the highest education level obtained
- Working knowledge of DSM-V required
- A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
- Reliable transportation
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
- MO Substance Use credential required (CRADC or CADC) (if high school is highest education obtained)
- PLPC, LMSW, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, or LCSW preferred
