Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the design strategy for Fractal’s new AI Agentic SaaS product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.

• Lead UX/UI research to deliver intuitive, accessible, and world-class product experiences for enterprise CPG users.

• Champion a user-centric culture across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams.

• Develop and enforce design principles, style guides, and design systems that create consistency and scalability across product features.

• Partner with Product and Strategy teams to translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Drive usability testing, feedback sessions, and continuous iteration to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure product visuals and messaging are cohesive and compelling.

• Mentor and lead design talent (internal or contracted), building a culture of creativity and design excellence.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and enterprise usability expectations.

• Proven ability to deliver beautiful, functional, and intuitive SaaS product designs that balance user needs with business goals.

• Track record of leading UX/UI research and design strategy in high-growth, innovation-driven environments.

• Strong advocate for design thinking and user-centered approaches within cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated skill in making tradeoffs between speed, scale, and design quality in fast-paced MVP environments.

• Excellent storytelling skills; can articulate design rationale to executives, engineers, and customers alike.

• Creative leader who thrives in a collaborative, ambiguous environment while driving clarity and execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in design leadership, product design, or UX/UI research, with at least 5 years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Hands-on expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and prototyping workflows.

• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS product design and UX research outcomes.

• Deep knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing methods.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and passion for designing products that delight users and drive adoption.

Pay:
