The Opportunity

We are changing healthcare and bringing a slow moving goliath of an industry into the present while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations through software, automation and AI. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our NYC team help maintain and facilitate project processes for the development of new and existing Prenuvo clinics. As a member of the expansion and real estate team, this person will work with the Senior Expansion Manager and collaborate with other business functions to ensure consistent standards and best practices among projects. The successful candidate must have a background in project management and vendor relations with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast paced environment. 

The Assistant Project Manager will manage relationships with vendors and consultants, and must be reliable, focused, and detail oriented.  Working closely with both internal and external teams this person must be a highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner who excels under pressure.

What You’ll Do 

  • Report to the Senior Expansion Manager to ensure that standards and best practices are maintained throughout project lifecycle
  • Initiate project kickoff by communicating project team assignments and setting up all initial project platforms
  • Manage vendor relations including, vendor vetting, contract, and payment processes
  • Work with Senior Expansion Managers to ensure budgets are approved and accurately tracked throughout the project lifespan
  • Facilitate internal contract and payment processes
  • Create monthly tenant improvement allowance requisitions for collection from Landlords
  • Ensure project information is organized and accurate across all platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule all necessary meetings and records minutes
  • Keep company wide schedules and deliverables up to date to ensure all teams have visibility into project pipelines
  • Coordinate with operations team to assist with facilities management related issues from initiation through to resolution
  • Oversee facilities projects and coordinates with clinic and operational staff to in coordination of projects within their facilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project management environment
  • Strong understanding of the construction/building process
  • Experience in managing project finances (POs, Invoicing, Vendor Relations, Cost forecasting etc.)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You’re self-aware and open-minded - functioning with a high level of emotional intelligence and an inclusive approach
  • You’re reliable and self-motivated - excited by fast-paced work, and are able to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to context switch and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
