Job Description

As the Principal UX Designer on the 3Victors team at ATPCO, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to bring exciting new data capabilities to the airline retailing market. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned UX practitioner with a proven track record of driving design thinking, rapid iteration, and user testing at B2B SaaS startups or small enterprise innovation teams. You will also act as a player and coach by both leading and actively participating in an agile team environment, providing hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to the cross-functional team to foster growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality user experiences.

You Will:

  • Drive all UX activities for the 3Victors team by creating and executing a UX strategy
  • Champion design thinking best practices across all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other business stakeholders to continually refine the product development process and ensure customer feedback is integrated into roadmap planning, feature development, and optimization
  • Facilitate exploratory working sessions with cross-functional team members and customers
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and apply a build-measure-learn approach and other proven frameworks to aid in product innovation and time-to-market
  • Partner with UX Research to uncover actionable insights or unmet customer needs through evaluative and generative studies
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by creating wireframes, flow diagrams, information architecture diagrams, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, or other artifacts
  • Develop an operating rhythm with Product and Engineering stakeholders and ensure all perspectives are considered throughout the design process
  • Perform usability studies, heuristic evaluations, A/B tests, journey mapping, and other UX analysis exercises to obtain learnings
  • Review user behavior analytics to determine if designs are making a measurable impact on the user experience and are achieving business outcomes
  • Present in-progress work to UX peers and stakeholders and synthesize feedback into the design path forward

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in product design or UX as a lead in technical/design teams
  • Experience facilitating customer sessions
  • A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader, and/or development manager
  • Significant experience in successfully implementing Best in Class design and development practices
  • In-depth knowledge of project planning, resource management, and System Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
  • Experience building and leading teams of developers, testers, business analysts, and architects
  • Demonstrated experience in tracking project and program status, metrics, and analyzing details to determine trends and measures
  • Demonstrated experience and mastery of regression, functional, integration (end-to-end), and performance testing competencies
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
  • Knowledge of ATPCO data, systems, and products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

Salary Range:  USD $140,000 - $165,000.
